Neighborhood Gone To Pot?

Here’s a story that had to make it to the oops files!
Authorities were tipped off by residents who had picked up a distinctive scent coming from the house and heard fans working round-the-clock in the garage, sheriff’s deputies began their surveillance of the home.

Obtaining a warrant early Tuesday, sheriff’s deputies forced their way into the two-story home they hit pay dirt.
Seems a local Valencia homeowner in the up -scale Tesoro del Valle neighborhood was growing marijuana. inside the deputies found approximately 1000 pot plants with an estimated value of $8 Million.

The homeowner was booked on suspicion of felony cultivating marijuana and held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
