When is a house a mobile home

I haven’t had a story for the Oops files in a long time…this one is just too good not to mention.Â
Story goes the owner of the house, Patrick Richardson, was moving the house (by himself) had obtained a permit to move it but opted for a shortcut to avoid the Sepulveda Pass, when the trailer started losing it’s wheels, apparently breaking off one by one. To make matters worse when Richardson was traveling under the Western Avenue overpass the roof scraped and part tore off. Oops!
